2016 was a year of growth for CXC Global North America, as we welcomed new clients, human capital partners and internal CXC Global team members. CXC Global added new countries to our global portfolio of over 65 countries worldwide with expansion in Eastern Europe and the Middle East. Clients and partners servicing their contractors in the “On-Demand Gig Economy” and the ever-changing global contingent workforce landscape looked to CXC Global for our 24 years of compliance and payroll experience to help them navigate the treacherous employed and self-employed worker challenges globally. CXC Global continued our role as a “Trusted Advisor” to many of the USA’s leading MSP, VMS, RPO and Domestic USA Payroll and Compliance companies, assisting in the global expansion of their enterprise client base.
Concluding our 7th year of operations in North America and 24th year globally, enterprise corporations now recognize CXC Global as the true experts to compliantly manager their contingent workforces around the world. CXC Global has the knowledge of the laws, compliance and payroll standards around the world combined with the only company with offices, team members and business registrations in over 75% of the countries we service . CXC Global North America experienced increasing demands by our clients and partners to manage currencies, ensuring contractors are always paid in their local currency worldwide and allowing client and partners home country billing, thereby enabling simplified accounting in US dollar.

CXC Global North America hosted the Future of Work Forum in San Francisco in April 2016, that had over 80 contingent workforce professional attend, contribute, collaborate and get involved in this educational event.
2017 will see continued coverage on all of the social media channels, additional white papers and blogs. In early 2017 the exciting launch of CXCContractorChoice will be rolled out offering independent / freelance / gig and self-employed contractors a choice in what level of service they want from a partner.
