  • Paid Family & Domestic Violence Leave: The Fair Work Amendment (Paid Family and Domestic Violence Leave) Act 2022 (Cth) received Royal Assent on effect on 9 November 2022. Subsection 106 (A) of the Fair Work Act 2009 was replaced with 10 days of paid leave under the amendment.
