Michael has worked in the contingent workforce management industry since 2004 and joined the CXC team in 2007, after moving to Australia from South Africa.
Michael specialises in consulting with employers on contingent workforce strategies and solutions, focusing on global mobility, access to talent, contractor engagement and management both domestically and internationally. The level of service and attention Michael gives to each of his clients is second to none.
Prior to joining CXC, Michael held various positions within auditing and accounting practices, financial management, operational management and people management. This experience gave Michael a solid foundation to transition into contingent workforce solutions management, which has proven to be a great career move.
Outside of work, Michael’s true passions in life are his wife and three daughters.
