ERIKA ALBERTASSI CEPEDA

Administrative Coordinator Latin America.

Erika specializes in Project Management and Human Resources Management and will be supporting the coordination activities, as well as working in our Access to Talent Program in order to identify, screen and select the best candidates for our global clients, no matter their field of industry and nor the language they speak.

Erika is an experienced executive in Oil and Gas and Telecommunications areas, focused on results, with diversified knowledge and experience in coordination, recruiting and personnel selection for outsourcing. Erika will be the single contact between the Project Managers and contractors onboarded, performing as an interface between client´s management and project engineers.

Erika’s familiarity in providing workforce solutions and partnerships for recruiting in Oil & Gas and Telecommunications companies, will allow her to provide solutions to our clients and partners in Latin America.

Erika brings 24 years of experience in activities related to administrative, human resources and commercial, through assignments in Europe, Latin America and the USA. Before joining CXC Global, in the last 9 years Erika specialized in the execution of projects for the construction of naval platforms at national and international level. Her duties included management, administration, as well as recruitment, selection, outsourcing, purchasing, staff compliance and safety. She coordinated the construction of the Urugua Platform, as well as the renovation of the FPSO of Rio das Ostras at Teekay Petrojarl, as well as the seismic vessel Sanco Star.

Erika speaks English, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese is her tongue language. She has a degree in Business Administration of Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and is currently performing a Master Degree in Business Administration with focus in Project Management at Universidade Vega de Almeida and an Executive MBA with focus at Human Resources Management at Universidade Candido Mendes.

 

MIRIAN DE ALMEIDA CABRAL

Head of Financial Services Latin America

Mirian specializes in Accounting Management in the areas of controllership, accounting, tax, and finance, performing accounting reporting in accordance with American and international standards: USGAAP and IFRS in the areas of Oil and Gas, Medical and Transportation.

She will be working in the accounting and consolidation of the reports of our companies in Latin America.

Mirian has 30 years of experience in bookkeeping, cost optimization on direct and indirect taxes, with emphasis on credit recovery and control, where she has interfaced with Internal and External Audit.

Mirian is experienced in accounting system’s parametrization and has participated in the development and implementation of cost management systems. She also has the ability to improve processes and cost efficiency.

Mirian has implemented the following systems: SAP, ERP, MXM, Nasajon, Dominio and TOTVS. She has performed the Parametrization of several companies both in the Oil and Gas and Pharmaceutical industries.

Mirian´s knowledge on accounting and tax advisory, will allow her to  improve our solutions for our clients and partners in Latin America, as well as globally.

She has a degree in Accounting at Faculdades Integradas Simonsen and a Post-graduation in Controllership and Tax at Universidade do Rio de Janeiro.
