How does it work?
If it is your first time visiting our quote calculator, click the “create a new quote” button. If you are returning to continue the quote process select “Retrieve existing quote”
To get an accurate quote we require some details on the worker that you plan to hire.
If you are looking to engage more than worker, this can easily be done by selecting add worker.
Based on the information you provided in Step 2 a quote will be returned.
To proceed please enter your name and email. We will only use this information to contact you in relation to this payroll quote.
If you are happy with the quote you can select “I am happy with quote and would like to proceed now”.
If you would like to review the quote and continue the process at a later date select “Please email me the full quote for consideration”
If you decide to continue with the process and engage your workers through CXC you will be brought to the Company Details page.
In this step we require some information about your organisation. This information will be used to populate the employment contract and will also be used in the invoicing process.
Before we finalise the contract we require some final details about the workers you plan to hire including payment frequency, expenses, timesheet process and start and end date.
Once you have added all relevant information you can review the information before completing the process.
When you click “Proceed to Contract” you will receive an email with the contract that you can sign to being the onboarding process.
