Mai is a passionate and professional leader with over in the recruitment industry. She has solid experience working in global companies, most notable being 8 years at a listed MNC contingency firm and 8 years at a global IT/Technology company.
Mai began her career as an HR recruiter and a team manager, helping her clients recruit the best talent with tailor-made solutions and working with candidates to match their careers with their motivations.
Mai earned an Executive MBA from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) and completed B.E. Degree from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology in 2001. She currently serves as the Vietnam Country Manager under CXC.
