His expertise spans all aspects of executive search, corporate recruiting, contingency staffing, RPO and outsourcing processes, particularly in the IT industry. He has created a solid reputation of partnering with hiring managers to create successful recruitment strategies across borders.
Peter has lived in Tokyo for 25 years and is a permanent resident of Japan. He has business-level fluency in the Japanese language, so is comfortable in conducting sales activities and business meetings in a Japanese speaking environment. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball, mountain biking, weightlifting, traveling and spending time with his wife and teenage daughter.
