Terushi’s role is to lead CXC in meeting Japan’s labour market requirements. With many corporate clients facing serious shortages in labour, Terushi guides clients through a contingent workforce solution as a key HR strategy.
Terushi has a university degree with a bachelor of laws. Before joining CXC, he started his career as sales in the IT industry with various multinational companies. Terushi has managed assignments of highly skilled IT consultants, project managers and developers for his client’s projects.
With growing business opportunities in Japan for CXC customers, Terushi has been working closely with other regions, searching and proposing best contingency workforce strategies and solutions to meet client needs. In Japan, statutory requirements are complex and changing frequently; Terushi’s skill and knowledge is a key success factor in mitigating these challenges.
When not working, Terushi likes travelling, outdoor activities and talking with friends.
