PwC and CXC Global Breakfast – Event Summary
This breakfast event, held in Melbourne in May 2017, featured an interesting round-table discussion about effective talent management strategies for both permanent and contingent workers. Organisations have historically struggled to factor in contingent talent, as part of their Total Talent Management approach: a dilemma that’s increasingly worrisome given the rapid growth of contingent workers as a percentage of the total workforce.
