Our client required a solution to support their Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) model across various regions where they lacked established entities and recruitment licenses, specifically in Thailand and Vietnam. Their goals included achieving a streamlined recruitment process, ensuring compliance with local employment regulations, and delivering high-quality talent quickly. They faced challenges in efficiently onboarding and managing contractors, meeting surge hiring demands, and ensuring contractor compliance across borders

CXC Solution

CXC collaborated closely with global talent solutions provider to address these needs by deploying three bespoke Recruiter on Demand and margin payment solutions that covered various functions:

  • Onsite contractor deployment: CXC recruited and deployed contractors on-site for the Vietnam operations of a multinational corporation and technology company, ensuring smooth onboarding and compliance.
  • Talent acquisition support for multinational networking and telecommunications company: CXC recruited Talent Acquisition specialists and deployed them on-site to streamline this Telco’s recruitment functions.
  • Surge hiring support for cold chain company: CXC mobilised a dedicated team to handle this company’s immediate need for surge hiring, with plans to recruit permanent talent acquisition specialists to transition into full-time roles.

Additionally, CXC facilitated cross-border payments and provided local compliance support, working seamlessly with the client’s team to ensure consistent service delivery. This collaboration also allowed for the division of MSP and RPO fees between our client and CXC, ensuring local billing flexibility and efficiency.
