The situation
This client is a growing staffing firm that partners with some of the largest US and global enterprises. They have a large client base in the US, Canada, and UK. They’re US-based, with a limited geographical spread. Following the success of their global clients in the US, they were asked to source and place workers globally. Due to a limited number of registered entities worldwide and an inability to provide localised payroll, they partnered with CXC as the global EOR and AOR provider. This included the engagement and management of the workers on their behalf and for their clients, in countries where they couldn’t provide payroll solutions.

The partnership enabled them to provide compliance solutions and payments to their remote employed and self-employed contractors, in over 25 countries, including the full range of skill sets that they recruits for, on behalf of their 800+ clients, with localised or US invoicing to their clients.
CXC North America provided centralised solutions, coordinating with other CXC countries and regions.

They have begun to market and sell their global sourcing capabilities to their existing clients and prospects, which has revealed additional opportunities for payroll support for pre-identified workers globally.
