CXC is pleased to announce that Connor Heaney, President, EMEA, has been named to the Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) Staffing 100 Europe 2026 list.
Published annually, the Staffing 100 Europe recognises influential leaders whose vision, innovation and contribution are helping shape the future of the staffing and workforce solutions industry across Europe.
The recognition comes during Connor’s eleventh year with CXC, where he has played a pivotal role in supporting organisations as they navigate the growing complexity of engaging and managing global workforces.
Since joining CXC in 2015, Connor has worked alongside HR, Procurement, Legal and Finance leaders across a broad range of industries to help organisations build compliant, scalable contingent workforce programmes. His leadership has supported the continued growth of CXC’s EMEA business while helping clients strengthen workforce governance, navigate international compliance requirements and expand into new markets with confidence.
