Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea – 06 February 2026

CXC, a global provider of contractor management and workforce solutions, today announced the official launch of CXC Papua New Guinea (PNG), marking another important milestone in the company’s ongoing Asia-Pacific expansion.

As of this week, CXC has formally commenced operations in Papua New Guinea, extending its global footprint and reinforcing its commitment to helping organisations engage and manage talent compliantly across complex labour markets.

The establishment of CXC PNG reflects strong regional demand for compliant, flexible workforce solutions and follows months of rigorous preparation to ensure full alignment with local regulatory requirements. The launch was led by Sylvia Kaczmarek and Chris Thuell, whose dedication ensured the business entered the market with an operating model that is both efficient and fully compliant with Papua New Guinea’s employment and regulatory frameworks.

“Our expansion into Papua New Guinea is a strategic step forward for CXC in the region,” said Darren Morris, Managing Director for ANZ at CXC. “PNG presents unique workforce and compliance considerations, and we’re proud to launch with a robust, locally aligned model that enables our clients to engage talent with confidence from day one.”

CXC PNG has already secured strong early momentum through partnerships with leading organisations. Nick Ferry, Head of Solutions & Customer Success at Harrier Talent Solutions, and Greg Higginbotham, Client Services Director at Newmont, commended CXC’s professional approach and responsiveness in successfully supporting the engagement of newly appointed consultants.

The rapid and successful stand-up of services for Harrier Talent Solutions and global client Newmont demonstrates the immediate value CXC brings to the Papua New Guinea workforce landscape – combining global expertise with local execution.

CXC also acknowledged the outstanding contribution of its project management team, including Katie Goodchild, Domonique Whiteford, Katie Robertson, Pearl Rodrigues, Eden Lansangan, and Dom Sargent, whose collaboration and commitment were instrumental in delivering a seamless market entry.

“This is just the beginning for CXC in Papua New Guinea,” Darren Morris added. “We look forward to supporting organisations operating in PNG with workforce solutions that are compliant, agile, and designed for long-term success.”
