Success Stories

Building a strong workforce for the future means looking beyond immediate hiring needs.

A global professional services firm operating across banking, finance, mining and utilities had built its contractor workforce the way many do: organically, without a centralised process. What started as ad hoc hiring turned into a complex web of contractor engagements, each managed differently.

GitLab, a San Francisco-based DevOps giant with over 1,200 employees across 67 countries, is built on a remote-first culture. But that model came with a critical operational roadblock:

Transurban’s Talent Acquisition team was managing significant recruitment demand to support its business-critical customer service contact centre and broader operations.

A global technology company relied on an extensive network of contract workers around the world, many of whom were identified and engaged directly by the business.

A global financial services company relies on contingent talent to support projects and business functions around the world. As part of its workforce strategy, the organisation operated a Managed Service Programme (MSP) to manage the contingent workforce lifecycle.

A major integrated electricity generator and electricity and natural gas retailer relies on a large contingent workforce to support critical operations across multiple sites and regions.

Medtronic, a global leader in medical technology, services and solutions, operates a blended workforce model comprising both permanent employees and contingent workers.
