Dominic runs CXC’s technology division made up of three teams: the Project Management Office, IT Development and IT Infrastructure. His role is to ensure the business is run on the foundation of a well-planned infrastructure, executed with robust systems, staffed by industry experts.
Dominic is a passionate, innovative and results-focused leader with experience both building and guiding high performance teams. With a proven track record for successfully leading, planning and implementing numerous strategic and operational projects he relishes getting the most out of people. Dominic has a keen interest in ensuring businesses uses best fit technologies to gain operational efficiency and strategic benefit.
