On April 5th, 2016 CXC Global and CXC Corporate Services, in collaboration with CXC Global America’s, are hosting the “Globalization and the Future of Work Forum” at WeWork Golden Gate in San Francisco.  To see more about the event and to register click here.

We have lined up a stellar panel of Global Industry Leaders to speak at the event. Collectively they’ll provide insight into how technology is transforming all aspects of the talent industry, including HR, Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.  We’ll discuss how the Gig Economy is impacting organizations and how they engage Contractors and Independent Workers.  Our renowned global economist will also discuss the economic impacts of the New Generation Workforce and we’ll be looking at best in class practices for engaging a compliant global contingent workforce.

Industry expert Bill Inman will be the moderator for the evening and introducing the key notes from well known Research Analyst Andrew Karpie and Global Economist Dr. Contsantin Gurdgiev.  The key notes will be followed by a panel discussion with Terri Gallagher of Gallagher and Co and Penny Queller of Alexander Mann Solutions.

Bill Inman

Bill Inman is a 18-year veteran in the human resources industry who has served in executive leadership positions at several of the nation’s largest contingent workforce management, employer of record and staffing companies. Currently, he is founder and CEO of PeopleLoop, a cloud-based recruitment and workforce management platform that is transforming the way companies recruit, employ and manage their flexible talent

In this era of “Uber-ization” of industries, platform and technology enabled services are rapidly transforming traditional business models. PeopleLoop is bringing this model to the staffing industry. PeopleLoop helps companies reduce labor costs, minimize risk and improve their overall workforce productivity by bringing together a global network of recruiters and an ecosystem of workforce employers through an innovative cloud-based platform.

Bill specializes in defining and developing start-up companies from idea stage to profitability within the human capital, workforce management, and staffing industries. He launched, created and managed several business models for a contingent workforce management company that grew from the ground floor to annual gross revenues of $2.5B with more than 300 employees within four years. Additionally, he built a new employer-of-record model, within an existing multi-billion dollar business, from zero to over 3000 temporary and contract employees within three years. As an entrepreneur with a strong background in information technology applications and software development, he has also developed innovative human resources and business training solutions using online media and custom software. During the .com era he established and led an applicant tracking company (ATS) focused on creating pre-qualified candidate databases through the use of shared talent pools. Bill currently resides on the board and advises of several HRIS and applicant tracking technology companies including TargetRecruit‏, one of the most highly recommended recruiting applications on Salesforce.com’s application marketplace, AppExchange. Bill also serves on an advisory board role with W Workforce a contingent workforce management consulting company.

Recognized in the industry for his expertise, Bill has been interviewed by numerous staffing industry and business publications and has been invited to speak at events and host various webinars in conjunction with SHRM, HR.com, PIHRA and the Institute of Human Resources. Bill is also actively involved in his local community in Los Angeles. He is a board member of Manhattan Beach’s MB/X and supports local schools, charities, and non-profits through his organization mb90266.
