Chris is responsible for the legal, compliance, human resources and risk management function of CXC. He ensures our services are always compliant when it comes to taxation, industrial relations, workplace health & safety, workers’ compensation, migration and insurance.
Chris has over 15 years’ experience helping design and implement programs that manage the commercial and compliance risk in the contingent workforce space. His background is in recruitment, contractor management and contingent workforce risk management.
He is adept at assessing risk associated in dealing in the above areas and implementing compliance regimes to remove or mitigate risks.
When he’s not at work, Chris has a passionate interest in politics, social justice and economic issues.
