Mareta has over 17 years’ experience in project management and implementation of HR business transformation and technology projects focused on contingent labour.
Joining CXC in 2008, Mareta has managed teams that have consulted, implemented and serviced large scale outsource contingent workforce management solutions. These have included high profile organisations such as Macquarie Bank, Origin Energy, Energy Australia, CCA, Deloitte, NewsCorp and nbn working alongside sourcing partners, technology vendors and subject matter experts across these clients.
When Mareta’s not at work, most weekends she can be found on the sidelines of rugby fields supporting her children or on the beach, coffee in hand, checking out the surf!
