REPSE

REPSE, short for Registro de Prestadoras de Servicios Especializados u Obras Especializadas, is a government-mandated registry in Mexico that regulates and oversees outsourcing services. Companies that engage in specialised service outsourcing or hire temporary workers must secure REPSE certification to comply with legal requirements and prevent heavy sanctions.
